Design of Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFIC) This
course consists of a balanced combination of communication, physics and
IC design. It begins with a brief introduction of the current wireless
transceiver architectures and then provides the students with deep
insight into the physics, characteristics and design of passive
components (Inductor, Capacitor) and active devices. The course
introduces the student to the world of IC design for RF applications
including high-speed amplifiers, LNA, Mixer, VCO, PA, PLL and other RF
